The use of LED bulbs instead of halogen or filament bulbs provides much more powerful and uniform lighting while significantly reducing power consumption.

The alternator or dynamo, the beams, the comodos of your OLDTIMER will be preserved. The adaptation of LEDs on more recent vehicles will also promote safety, through the power of the light beam.

As a reminder, luminous flux is measured in LUMEN (lm), a traditional H4 6V Tungsten 35/45 w emits around 15 Lumen/w, consuming around 4 amps per bulb and per function.

These H4-5XCL LED bulbs have a luminous flux of up to 100 lm/w. They are virtually identical in size to the H4 6V TUNGSTEN bulb, and can be fitted in place of the original bulb without any modification.

It has no ballast, and is the shortest H4 on the market for its power and robustness.

The lifespan of LED bulbs, estimated at between 3000 and 5000 hours, is much longer than that of traditional bulbs (800 to 1000 hours).

The choice to equip your vehicle with LED lighting is not just a fashion issue, it is above all for safety and visual comfort on the road.
The preservation of the mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle is also a decisive argument for switching to LED.

Today, the replacement of halogen, xenon and LED lamps is not allowed under current legislation. In the EU, car parts must be certified according to UNECE specifications for use on public roads. Current ECE certificates only apply to halogen, xenon and LED lamps installed in new vehicles: However, there are no specific approval requirements or restrictions for the use of retrofit LED lamps on private roads.
