This bulb is pure Plug&Play, requiring no modification or customisation. It is placed on the original support instead of the old bulb.

The lifetime of LED bulbs is estimated at 20 to 30,000 hours, which is much longer than that of traditional bulbs (2 to 3,000 hours).

Today, the replacement of halogen, xenon and LED lamps is not allowed under current legislation. In the EU, car parts must be certified according to UNECE specifications for use on public roads. Current ECE certificates only apply to halogen, xenon and LED lamps installed in new vehicles: However, there are no specific approval requirements or restrictions for the use of retrofit LED lamps on private roads.
