PLANISHING HAMMER AIR OPERATED 50 CM

Our planishing hammer is an essential machine that easily forms, stretches, shapes and smoothes metal. It's amazing how quickly you can create panels for the fabrication or duplication of floor pans, dashes, center consoles, fender contours, gas tanks.

 

Hook up air to the foot pedal control. Insert metal between adjustable upper and lower dies. Press the foot pedal and watch while the upper hammer die continuously moves up and down creating a fast hammering action on the metal. Metal is forced over the lower die, allowing you to stretch and shape the metal.

 

The planishing hammer comes with 3 dies with different radius, for creating different shapes. With our air operated hammer you can also remove and smooth roughness on pieces formed with body hammers and beater bags.
