Set of 2 run in pastes ''the old-fashioned way'' in grease:
- 1 coarse-grain paste
- 1 fine-grain paste
The advantage of conditioning in grease is that the paste sticks better during use. It therefore maintains its effectiveness, (during flattening of cylinder heads, etc. on a marble plate) and also allows easy cleaning (solvent or petrol) without leaving abrasive grains behind (valves).
USAGE:
Coarse paste:
Flattening of surfaces on a marble plate or thick glass plate, first step in valve rodding, polishing intake ports, rocker arms, ...
Fine paste:
Second step in valve rodding, rodding the float needle in its seat on carburettors, polishing delicate mechanical parts, ...
