Our VAC-55 HEPA Vacuum system is designed for the removal of dust created while blasting within a cabinet and to create a perfect visibility. It is developped for cabinets up to 1m3 and an average use of one hour a day. VAC-55 Hepa Vacuum won't clog and recovers 40% more dust than Bag-Type Vacuums.
If you have the intention to work with abrasives finer than 150 micron (for exemple aluminium oxide), our VAC-50 will be the best choice. The HEPA cartridge traps any ultra-fine dust particles down to 0,3 microns and keeps 99,97 % dust inside the VAC, this eliminates premature vacuum motor failure caused by ultra-fine dust particles entering the vacuum motor. Hepa Filter is also washable by removing and rinsing with water and then air drying.
